Greg Tims

Greg has over 20 years of Human Resources management experience, having been the Partner in Charge of an HR Consulting team in a large Hamilton based Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm, a Group Manager HR at one of the country’s largest District Health Boards, a General Manager Organisational Development in a public sector organisation and as an HR Consultant/Advisor to the Boards/Councils, CEOs, senior managers and business owners in a range of organisations. He has also worked with individual managers and staff on specific HR related matters.

He has worked on a number of HR related projects with a wide range of businesses in the private and public sectors, from international to local manufacturers, Councils, District Health Boards, dairy and agriculture businesses, government departments, retailers, professional services firms (ie accounting, dental, medical, optometry, and veterinary) and a number of small to medium sized businesses.

Greg has an MA (Dist) in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. He is a Registered Psychologist, Member of the NZ Psychological Society and HR Institute of New Zealand.

Michelle de Beer

Michelle is an Associate and has over 11 years of experience as a Senior HR Manager, part of a senior management team reporting to a CEO in the dairy and agriculture sectors, as well as an HR consultant working with Boards/Councils, Managing Directors, CEOs, senior managers and staff. She also has held roles in training and development, project management and administration.

Over the past four years, Michelle has provided HR advice and support to clients in a range of sectors including local government, health, veterinary and agricultural businesses, iwi organisations, education, manufacturing and a number of other small to medium sized businesses.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Economics, and is a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand.

Brigitta Kirsten

Brigitta has over six years experience as a Recruitment Consultant, having worked for several well known specialist national recruitment consultancies. She initially specialized in the science and manufacturing sectors, then broadened her focus to cover major utilities, Councils, SOEs and central government.

Brigitta has built strong long term relationships with employers and understands the importance of getting the right organisational fit for individuals and teams. She also has developed a good understanding of business requirements - operationally, technically and managerially. Brigitta joined the team as an HR Consultant in January 2010

She has a Bachelor or Science, and is currently studying for a Diploma in Business Management majoring in Human Resources. Brigitta is a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand.

Allison Amon

Allison Amon joined the team as an HR Administrator/Executive Assistant in April 2007. She has had a lot of experience as an Executive Assistant and also has a strong background in HR administration.

 Allison’s role is to provide reruitment administration support, with a special focus on the Councils “findyourplace” job vacancies, and to be the ‘first point of contact’ for the Councils and job applicants. She also provides support with HR consulting projects.

Rachel Clough

Rachel has been a member of the team since June 2008, initially working part time as a HR Assistant whilst completing her studies at Waikato University, and commenced full time as an HR Administrator in January 2010.

Rachel’s role involves providing administrative and related support for recruitment processes, ensuring that all candidate and client needs are met. She also provides support for HR consulting projects.  

She has a Bachelor of Management Studies (with First Class Honours), majoring in Human Resources, and is a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand.
