Greg Tims
Greg has over 20 years of Human Resources management
experience, having been the Partner in Charge of an HR Consulting
team in a large Hamilton based Chartered Accounting and Business
Advisory firm, a Group Manager HR at one of the country’s
largest District Health Boards, a General Manager Organisational
Development in a public sector organisation and as an HR Consultant/Advisor
to the Boards/Councils, CEOs, senior managers and business owners
in a range of organisations. He has also worked with individual
managers and staff on specific HR related matters.
He has worked on a number of HR related projects
with a wide range of businesses in the private and public sectors,
from international to local manufacturers, Councils, District Health
Boards, dairy and agriculture businesses, government departments,
retailers, professional services firms (ie accounting, dental, medical,
optometry, and veterinary) and a number of small to medium sized
businesses.
Greg has an MA (Dist) in Psychology and a Postgraduate
Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
Michelle de Beer
Michelle is an Associate and has over 11 years
of experience as a Senior HR Manager, part of a senior management
team reporting to a CEO in the dairy and agriculture sectors, as
well as an HR consultant working with Boards/Councils, Managing
Directors, CEOs, senior managers and staff. She also has held roles
in training and development, project management and administration.
Over the past four years, Michelle has provided HR advice and support to
clients in a range of sectors including local government, health,
veterinary and agricultural businesses, iwi organisations, education, manufacturing
and a number of other small to medium sized businesses.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration
and Economics, and is a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand.
Allison Amon
Allison Amon joined the team as an HR Administrator/Executive Assistant in April 2007. She has had a lot of experience as an Executive Assistant and also has a strong background in HR administration.
Allison’s role is to provide recruitment administration support, with a special focus on the Councils “findyourplace” job vacancies, and to be the ‘first point of contact’ for the Councils and job applicants. She also provides support with HR consulting projects. |
